Pricing Tables

The pricing table is a logical grouping of offers. Its purpose is to present the offers in a logical and coherent manner through the hosted pages.

Example:

You market a service with a Basic Offer and a Premium Offer, which you want to offer in two versions based on duration. You would have:

• A “Monthly” pricing table containing:
  • The Basic Offer with monthly pricing.
  • The Premium Offer with monthly pricing.
• An “Annual” pricing table containing:
  • The Basic Offer with annual pricing.
  • The Premium Offer with annual pricing.

Note

You can:

• Create as many pricing tables as you want,
• Modify any pricing table and the offers it contains at any time.

Associated Processes

There are several processes related to the pricing table that allow you to manage your offers on a daily basis.
With ProAbono, you can:

Process	Why?	Consequences
Create a new pricing table	Add a new service or a variation of existing offers to the catalog.	This new pricing table will be available on the customer portal, and customers will be able to subscribe to the offers it contains.
Modify a pricing table	In case of input error or to update the content of the pricing table (title, description, etc.).	This pricing table will be automatically updated on the customer portal, and customers will be able to subscribe to the offers it contains.
Change the order of offers in a pricing table	To update the presentation or modify the content of the pricing table.	This pricing table will be automatically updated on the customer portal, and customers will be able to subscribe to the offers it contains.
Delete a pricing table	Deleting allows you to clean up your database. It allows you to permanently delete the pricing table that you no longer need.	Deletion is permanent. All offers that were contained in the deleted pricing table will be moved to the private offers section.
