Subscribing to an offer

Context

When one of your customers wants to subscribe to an offer, they will enter what is called the subscription workflow. This article allows you to visualize the sequence of pages that make up the workflow.

Prerequisites

To make this work, you must have completed the following actions beforehand:

• Have at least one visible offer
  • To learn more, see How to create an offer?
• Have integrated the hosted page for offer presentation.
• Have the hosted customer portal page within a page of your application.

Flow

Once the subscription workflow is embedded in your application, your customers will be able to subscribe autonomously.
